Meet Michelle
Helping women build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last—through every season of life.
I Didn't Always Feel Like I Belonged
If you had told me years ago that I’d one day own fitness studios, coach hundreds of women, and build an online fitness community, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
In fact, I almost never stepped into my first group fitness class.
I was nervous.
I was intimidated.
I wore a sweatshirt because I didn’t want anyone to notice me.
It took a friend—and yes, a glass of wine—to convince me to go.
That one class changed everything.
Not because I suddenly became “fit.”
But because, for the first time, movement felt empowering instead of intimidating.
It wasn’t about trying to be perfect.
It was about discovering what my body was capable of.
That feeling has stayed with me ever since.
The Journey That Led to Sweat
Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching women through all kinds of life changes.
I’ve earned certifications.
I’ve opened fitness studios.
I’ve taught thousands of classes.
I’ve become a wife and a mom.
I’ve experienced seasons where fitness came easily—and seasons where simply finding thirty minutes felt impossible.
Those experiences taught me something important.
There isn’t one “right” way to take care of yourself.
Fitness has to grow with your life.
And that’s exactly why I created Sweat.
Because women deserve a fitness community that adapts to real life—not one that makes them feel guilty for living it.

Why I Coach
People often think coaching is about helping someone lose weight.
For me, it’s always been about something bigger.
It’s about watching someone who once doubted herself complete a workout she never thought she could do.
It’s about helping a busy mom realize she’s worth thirty minutes.
It’s about seeing confidence grow inside and outside the gym.
Strength changes more than your body.
It changes the way you show up in every part of your life.
That’s why I do what I do.
What You Can Expect From Me
When you join Sweat, you’ll never find pressure to be perfect.
You’ll never hear me tell you to earn your food or punish yourself for missing a workout.
Instead, you can expect:
- ✔ Encouragement over judgment
- ✔ Progress over perfection
- ✔ Strength over the number on the scale
- ✔ Consistency over extremes
- ✔ Fitness that fits your life
- ✔ A coach who truly cares
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe fitness should help you live your life—not consume it.
The best workout program isn’t the hardest one.
It’s the one you’ll actually stick with.
That’s why every workout inside Sweat is designed to be realistic, flexible, and effective.
Whether you have twenty minutes or an hour…
Whether you’re working out at home or at the gym…
Whether you’re starting over for the fifth time…
You deserve a plan that works with your life—not against it.
Beyond the Workout
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, cheering on my kids, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or finding little moments to recharge.
Those everyday moments remind me why I believe so strongly in balance.
Taking care of yourself shouldn’t mean sacrificing the people and experiences you love.
The healthiest life is one where movement, family, friendships, and joy all have a place.

Strong Through Every Season of Life
This isn’t just a tagline.
It’s the reason Sweat exists.
Because life changes.
Careers change.
Families grow.
Bodies change.
Priorities shift.
And through every one of those seasons, you deserve a place where fitness feels supportive instead of overwhelming.
Whether you’re just getting started, returning after time away, navigating motherhood, entering perimenopause or menopause, or simply looking for a community that understands real life—
I’m here for you.
And I’d love to help you write your next chapter.
Before You Go...
Can I leave you with one thought?
For years, I’ve watched women walk into classes thinking they weren’t strong enough, fit enough, or ready enough.
The truth is… none of us start out feeling completely ready.
We become stronger by showing up, one workout, one choice, and one day at a time.
Wherever you are in your journey, I hope you know there’s a place for you here.
I’d be honored to be part of your story.
See you inside.
