Online Membership

What is the Sweat online membership?
The Sweat online membership is a guided fitness program designed for women who want a realistic, sustainable approach to health and fitness. Each week you’ll receive a professionally programmed workout plan and support from a community of women who are cheering each other on.

Sweat is for women in every season of life.
Whether you’re brand new to strength training, getting back into a routine, balancing work and family, or simply looking for a program you can actually stick with, you’ll find a place here.

Absolutely.

Every workout includes options and modifications so you can work at your own pace while continuing to grow stronger over time.

Most workouts are 30 minutes or less because I know life is busy.

The goal is consistency—not spending hours at the gym.

Yes!

The workouts are designed to work whether you’re exercising at home or in the gym.

Most workouts use dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat.

If a workout requires additional equipment, modifications are always provided whenever possible.

A brand-new workout program is released every week, giving you a clear plan to follow without wondering what to do next.

Not at all.

I encourage you to find a routine that works for your schedule. Fitness should fit your life—not become another source of stress.

Nutrition

Is nutrition included?

Yes!

Your membership includes practical nutrition guidance, recipes, healthy habit tips, and realistic advice designed to support your workouts without restrictive dieting. Think of it like a giant group chat with all of the best tips!

Rather than strict meal plans, I focus on teaching sustainable habits and helping you build a healthy relationship with food.

No.

While some members enjoy tracking, it isn’t required.

My goal is to help you develop healthy habits that you can maintain for life.

Community & Accountability

Is there a private community?

Yes!

One of the best parts of Sweat is our supportive community where members encourage one another, celebrate milestones, and stay accountable together.

Absolutely.

I’m here to support you, and you’ll also have encouragement from other women inside the community.

Yes!

Throughout the year we host fitness challenges, accountability check-ins, giveaways, and special events to help keep motivation high and make fitness fun.

Membership & Billing

Is there a free trial?

Yes!

Every new member can start with a free 7-day trial to explore the workouts, community, and resources before committing.

Yes.

There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel your membership whenever you choose.

If you decide Sweat is the right fit, your membership will continue automatically based on the plan you selected. If not, simply cancel before your trial ends.

Small Group Classes

Where are classes held?
Our small group classes are held locally. Visit the Classes page for current locations and schedules.

Not at all.

Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Bring water, a set of dumbbells, a yoga mat and a positive attitude.

I’ll take care of the rest.

Don’t worry.
Every workout can be modified, and everyone works at their own pace.
The goal isn’t to compete—it’s to move, grow, and have fun.
